Sign-in, purchase, share, report and other dialogs now fade and zoom in and out, including the very first time they open.
Messages at the top of the screen slide in and out smoothly, the ones below glide up when one closes, and they stay while your mouse pointer is over them.
The Sort menu and the filter lists open and close like the other menus, and scrolling to the end of any drop-down list no longer scrolls the page behind it.
Changing a filter, sort, tab or page keeps the current list on screen, dimmed, until the new one is ready, instead of switching to a placeholder that did not match. The same goes for re-sorting comments, filtering notifications and paging through game, credit and purchase history.
On phones, video rows on the home page stop on whole cards when you swipe, the seek bar shows its handle while you drag it, and game tiles press in when tapped.
The player waits a moment before showing its loading circle, so quick skips no longer flicker, and the Up Next screen shows a bar that fills up until the next video starts.
In the gallery viewer the current photo stays until the next one is ready, so there is no black flash, and photos slide in from the side you swiped.
Likes get a small pop, and the buttons under a comment no longer move when its first like appears.
Winning in Mines and Treasure Tower now gets a little celebration, just as losing already had its own effect, and the roulette reel comes to rest smoothly instead of twitching as it lands.
Pages scroll more smoothly on slower phones and computers.
