DMCA Policy

Overview

SKBJ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide a written notice containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information to locate it
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. This must include: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed repeat infringers. We may also limit access or terminate accounts of users who infringe intellectual property rights.
